What is Oneofone all about?
OneOfOne is passionate about making people feel special, the main character energy through wearing one of a kind, handcrafted pieces. Each piece is created from upcycled or vintage materials, as we are committed to sustainability and unique ethical fashion.
Can I return or exchange items?
If you would like to return or exchange the item you have purchased, please do so within 28 days after receiving it. Kindly email OneOfOneabi@gmail.com for any queries regarding returns and exchange. Please ensure the item being returned is in its original condition.
What if my item has a defect?
If you receive an item with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including a free repair.
How do you source your materials?
We pride ourselves on using exclusively deadstock, vintage fabrics, and upcycled pieces. Most of our vintage fabric is sourced from vintage seller @timeless.imbue, using unsalvageable vintage pieces to recreate. All fabrics are carefully washed and dried prior to making creations with them.
Do you offer custom pieces?
Yes, we do offer custom pieces on a case by case basis. As part of our mission is recreating outfits from forgotten treasures, if you have an item you would like to send for us to repurpose into a totally different garment, please contact us at OneOfOneabi@gmail.com.
How long does it take to process an order?
Generally, orders are completed and ready for shipping within 5-10 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
At this moment, we are not shipping orders, internationally, but can make arrangements for a specific request. Please reach out and we can discuss this.
What forms of payment do you accept?
